Tuesday’s Paleo – fied menu

Today started off with a bang. Sleep in til seven and then beautiful cooked breakfast by wondeful hubby of organic fried egg, avocado slices and grilled cherry tomatoes with Tabasco.

Sadly, this wasn’t enough to prevent me ‘scarfing’ a small piece of delicious orange cake at playgroup. It’s just so hard to resist when people are eating 30cm from your face!

Lunch was BLAT made on four small cos lettuce leaves, bacon, avocado and tomato and small slice of almond bun.

Snack – handful of nuts – absolutely starving!

Dinner – left over mince stuffed capsicum, sautéed zucchini, carrot French fries.

And, ubiquitous wine. I’m hopeless.

But not an unhealthy food choice today on whole. Next time I won’t have the cake!
